Tout est dans le titre et vous savez quoi, je me demande bien pourquoi je n'ai pas essayé avant!

Etape 1 - trouver un objet qui ai besoin d'une fermeture éclair  : un porte monnaie crocheté en Coton Catania et crochet Prym 2,5.

Etape 2 - trouver la fermeture éclair, la Mercerie de la Rue Hoche à Versailles a des trésors et j'ai été très bien accueillie et conseillée, c'est la mercière qui a suggéré cette couleur corail, merci Madame, je reviendrai.

Etape 3 - quelques heures sur le web et à questionner les copines, j'ai finalement visualisé une video montrant comment coudre une fermeture invisible avec une machine et le pied presseur spécial... à priori pas ce dont j'avais besoin mais j'y ai glané l'essentiel : il faut ouvrir la fermeture pour la coudre et coudre les 2 morceaux séparément.

Etape 4 - se lancer, le fil, le dé, l'aiguille, enfiler l'aiguille (à l'aide du compte fils, je vous jure que c'est vrai - il faut vraiment que j'appelle Monsieur l'ophtalmo d'urgence), faire le noeud, démarrer... j'ai démarré par le milieu du porte monnaie en fixant la fermeture directement sur le crochet.

Etape 5 - la doublure, la manche de la belle chemise Calvin Klein de Monsieur MarieMarie qui est usée et qu'il ne peut plus porter pour aller travailler, j'ai cousu la doublure en l'attachant à la fermeture éclair

Etape 6 - zut la doublure et la fermeture éclair se battent en duel. Le bord de la doublure est trop proche des crochets.

Etape 7 - j'ai rabattu la doublure à petits points au fil rouge.

Etape 8 - photos ! répondre aux gentils messages des copines : Petra, Hélène,... et des copains... mais oui les hommes aussi trouvent des choses gentilles à dire quand ça leur plait

Step 1 : found something who need a Zip. A wallet I crocheted last week with Catania Cotton yarn and 2,5 crochet.

Step 2 : found the Zip with a nice color. There is a shop in Versailles (France), Rue Hoche where I found some help and Zip to buy, they have 10.000 colors and are realy nice.

Step 3 : spend long long hours on the web to try to found some info. Finlay watched a video where it was explaining "how to sew a Zip with sewing machine", not realy what I needed, but I catch the good info : to sew a Zip you must open the Zip and sew the two parts separatly ! 

Step 4 : go ahead, yarn, needle,... and start... I need to make an appointment soon with my eye doctor because I realy see anything with my actual glasses, the glasses to read too :-( I sew the Zip direct to the crochet wallet.

Step 5 : cut the linning in an old Calvin Klein's shirt my husband can anymore where at work, and sew the linning to the Zip.

Step 6 : outch the Zip and the linning don't want to work together, the linning is blocking the Zip.

Step 7 : I sew again the border of the linning and yet it's working very well.

Step 8 : Pictures with the camera and talk with the friends who come with nice words, thank you Petra, Hélène,...
