Since my kitchen was built in January I had this :
Depuis qu'une société de Verrsailles, sous l'égide de la Sie de déménagement a installé ma cuisine j'avais ça :
But yesterday, around 12h30, I was preparing some food for my lunch, just took a plate in the cupboard and go back near my tomatoes, I hear a big noise, a sort of Badaboom, the cupboard was falled, just at the place I was standing 2 seconds earlier
You can imagine how much I was afraid
Mais hier, juste après avoir pris une assiette dans ce placard et 2 tomates dans le placard à côté, je me préparais tranquillement un lunch de retours de marché, j'ai entendu une sorte d'énorme badaboom, le placard était tombé et... juste là où je me trouvais une seconde avant
Vous imaginez la peur bleue, 2 de tension, j'arrivais à peine à expliquer à mon super gentil assureur ce qui venait de m'arriver quand j'ai enfin retrouvé le téléphone qui était en fait sous mon nez

Voici le placard au sol - il a également détruit la porte du placard de l'évier, la porte du placard d'à côté, mon lave linge et 2 petites dessertes... sans compter Bob ma bouilloire

My 3 tea pots, + kitchen Robot and parts of the robot are broken
Mes 3 super théières sont cassées, la Raynaud devrait être remplaçable mais l'éléphant et surtout la petite théière anglaise cadeau d'une amie vont être plus difficiles à trouver
For the moment I'm not hurted by chance and luck, my insurance cie will take care of the trouble, and relocation company and company who installed the kitchen arer okay to come on next tuesday to see the damages and decide what to do... but I have a another big chaos here ! I'm tired from Chaos !
Bon, pour l'instant, je ne suis pas blessée coup de pot et de hasard, l'assurance prend en charge le dossier et le déménageur et l'installateur m'ont rappelé pour dire qu'ils venaient mardi prochain voir les dégâts et décider de ce qu'ils allaient faire, en attendant c'est le chaos ici et je suis fatiguée de vivre dans le chaos.
The solution is in good way.

We're trying to found a door for the sink cupboard who is broken, but Ikea cannot sell only one door of VÄRDE furniture, we have to buy a complet cupboard.
For the tea pot and other goods brocken we are trying to found the best solution together.

But the big terrible trouble is that I was so afraid and nervous that i blocked my back once again the sunday after the accident, and I'm still hurted yet
La solution semble en bonne voix, le monsieur qui a installé la cuisine semble mettre tout en oeuvre pour tout remettre en état avec beaucoup de bonne volonté
Il veint mardi prochain pour fixer le nouveau placard qu'il a déjà acheté
Nous cherchons tous les 2 des portes pour le placard de l'évier car IKEA ne vends pas de pièces détachées pour les meubles VÄRDE, et le meuble entier coûte 195 euros
Pour les choses cassées nous allons voir comment nous arranger au mieux
Espérons que tout continue comme ça
Le pire du problème est que j'ai eu une telle peur en entendant le bruit, sentant la poubelle me taper dans les jambes et me voyant debout dans une marre de sang (eh oui le Campari répendu sur le carrelage terre cuite cirée ressemble beaucoup à du sang) que je me suis encore bloquée le dos le dimanche qui a suivi et que je ne suis encore aujourd'hui qu'à 60% de mes capacités donc beaucoup à faire le clown sur Flickr encore et encore

yes my poor tea pot, the man who made the kitchen is giving me monney to pay the damages but no way to found my circus tea pot anymore or the elephant :-(
Furnitures came from IKEA, yes, but IKEA is not responsible of the trouble, the young man (stagiaire, praktikant - student working to learn) realy made a mystake placing the screws.
I have a new cupboard, 40 cm, not anymore 50 cm then we removed the piece of wood and placed it in the normal way.
